Lauren Davis Britvan is a stylist & Interiors Editor-at-Large of Unconditional Magazine.
With styling contributions to W Magazine, i-D Magazine, WSJ, Living Etc, and British & Italian Vogue.
Lauren works alongside a select few interior and furniture designers through curation, sourcing, visual display and art direction for residential photoshoots and events.
Up until June 2019, Lauren was the Artistic Director at acclaimed fashion house, Oscar de la Renta.
This collaborative role incorporated art direction, styling, digital design, print advertising, event and brand activations. Lauren led the rebrand of this heritage house to focus more on modern sensibilities and update the house’s international aesthetics which included working on their Paris flagship store, packaging design and visual communication. To accomplish these goals, Lauren built a department to service the creative needs of the company. Calling on her vast network of industry veterans and emerging artists, to collaborate, conceptualize and produce branded still photography and video content across all aspects of the business; New York fashion week runway collections, major marketing campaigns, e-commerce and social media.
Before taking on the role as Artistic Director, Lauren worked as a fashion stylist and consultant for a variety of well-known fashion and fine jewelry brands while expanding her private styling clientele.
Lauren’s formative years were spent working with Editor and Creative Director, Alastair McKimm exclusively for three years, where she refined her aesthetic through significant experience and collaborating with the most discerning talents in the fashion industry. Key clients included Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello, Tiffany & Co., ZARA, Fenty by Rihanna and The Row.
In advance of moving to New York, Lauren held a position on the fashion team for several years at Harper’s BAZAAR Australia, following her origins in Fashion Design.
